Your Next Challenge:
This position leads a sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sale and coach and manage their team members. You will successfully identify and solve problems, drive and lead sometimes complex deal negotiations, and provide creative solutions internally and externally.
- Manage and drive revenue results.
- Ensure quarterly and annual objectives are being met.
- Implement new business plans to meet clients’ needs and maximize business opportunities.
- Coach high performing employees and effectively manage those in need of improvement.
- Guide team members on selling techniques including relationship building at the appropriate levels and hunting.
- Stay abreast of current conditions and trends amongst clients and the industry and adjust priorities accordingly.
- Execute on strategic initiatives and projects together direct supervisor.
- Work cross-functionally with key partners, especially in marketing, product, finance, technology, legal and sales operations.
- Coordinate the completion of accurate, relevant sales reports to senior management on a timely basis.
What You'll Need:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant and/or management experience in this field
- Demonstrated ability to work in an environment of change
- Industry related experience
- Proficient knowledge of all MS Office tools and relevant software applications
- Relevant degree preferred
