Overview

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager to work within the Global Emerging Markets London team.

Sales Management is responsible for ensuring that the best offering and advice is available to the companies clients.

This includes assisting in setting the product agenda, ensuring that they create the optimal solutions tailored to the prevailing market conditions and client needs. The team ensures that each solution is positioned in the context of the wider offering, priced appropriately and offered to the right clients. 
 

In addition,Sales Management works in close partnership with relationship managers to position the Bank's sales strategy in a way that can be coherently communicated to the clients.

The team is responsible for sales forecasts and creating the appropriate accountability in the business for sales, as well as ensuring that best practice is shared across the business.
 

The team acts as a key link between the Front Office and Investment Products Services.

Requirements:

An excellent salesperson who can bring gravitas to the role and be able to gain credibility with senior internal external clients 

Extensive experience within the wealth management industry as a client advisor, or product specialist or project manager.

• Highly professional, pro-active and focused, with strong communication and influencing skills. Able to present convincingly in front of large groups, and write clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work under pressure, handling complex situations and relationships, delivering against tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a high attention to detail
• Strong experience and interest in markets, with the ability to express complex principles and concepts in understandable language
• Strong project management skill in order to conceptualise and implement sales initiatives end to end
• An idea generator with the ability to identify opportunities for sales campaigns or focuses
• Fluent in English. Ability to speak additional relevant languages preferred
• Very strong Excel and Powerpoint skills are a prerequisite
• A good degree or equivalent from a leading university
