Sales Manager / General Manager Job in Bolton, North West Uk
Our client's business is one of the fastest growing sports e-tailers in the UK with a Worldwide exclusive license agreement to roll out a significant, high profile brand in the UK initially.
The entrepreneurial owner is looking for someone to take complete control of the day to day running of the business running a small e-commerce/warehouse team but focusing on increasing sales dramatically via SEO/PPC strategies and rolling out the brand into high street retail stores and independent sports retailers.
The background of the ideal candidate will be
- Exceptional understanding of the sports retail world
- Extensive contacts with Buyers and Decision makers in national and international high street fashion/sports retailers
- Background of significant success getting new or lesser known brands in to major stores
- Hands on, day to day management of sales strategy
- Ideally a Graduate or "graduate calibre"
- A real passion for sports (including martial arts, combat sports, MMA etc)
