Sales Manager – Heating / Building Services Job in Burton-On
Operations / Sales Manager required for a leading pump manufacturer. You must have experience in sales management a background within the building services / heating industry. You will be responsible for the management of the Technical Sales Office, including purchasing, warehouse and stock administration.
This is a senior level role it is envisaged the successful candidate will have an operation / sales management background with experience in the pump / building services / heating sector.
My client offers a full range of energy efficient pumps associated products. .
Package: Salary £45K-£50k, Company Car, 25 Days Holiday, Pension
Role:
Ensure the efficient and smooth running of the Technical Sales Office function.
Monitor the workflow and assign enquiries to Technical Sales staff
Analyse the performance of the Technical Sales staff to ensure good service levels
Supervise the procurement, stock administration and order entry function.
Provide technical support
Maintain and improve delivery service to customers.
Visits to our factories in Europe may be arranged for training
Manage the distribution and stock management function
Responsible for technical and product training of colleagues
To lead and motivate staff to excel in their respective functions.
Requirements:
Sales / Operational management background
Background in pumps / heating / building services
Strong technical knowledge
Excellent Communication Skills
Full clean driving license
