Sales Manager-High growth potential. recruitment
My client is open to sales professionals from all financial services backgrounds, preferrably with vendor sales experience. They are looking for an extremely energetic sales hunter to work on expanding their makret presence in SEA.
In this Regional Sales position, based in Singapore, you will play a critical role in growing the company’s presence in South East Asia. The aim is to strengthen the company’s ability to distribute and support Market Data solutions. This high profile role will be paramount in driving this initiative forward and breaking into these challenging areas.
The primary objective of the position is to develop profitable and serviceable relationships with sales prospects and develop the market data products strategy for SEA.
Main responsibilities:
- Generate sufficient sales leads and pipeline to achieve sales target in the territory.
- Manage the sales process with reasonable independence in a cost-effective manner.
- Deliver sales proposals and manage bid processes within time and budget.
- Manage client relationships to facilitate successful closure of contracts.
- Produce accurate information and produce the required sales documentation in a timely manner
- Provide consultative support ensuring that the client is leveraging all of this vendor’s products and technology solutions / services as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Qualifications:
- Relevant sales and business development experience with proven track record, preferably in a vendor environment
- Working knowledge in banking operations, banking solutions offering, complex sales management, value selling propositions and bid management is essential
- Excellent knowledge of financial services, trend, product functionality, IT processes and Processes
- Excellent customer management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
