Sales Manager (International)

 

International challenge within a technical leading company!

 

Responsibilities

·         Independently setting up and executing sales plans;

·         Realizing the determined sales goals of boiler projects in de energy- and environment market;

·         Present offers to clients and conducting contact negotiations;

·         Controlling the Proposal teams concerning the technical concept and content;

·         Determining the cost- and sales price in consultation with internal specialists;

·         Maintaining the contacts with clients concerning running projects, future projects and technical developments at the client and translate this information to preparatory measures;

·         End responsible for the total offer process;

·         Report to the Sales Manager.

Profile

The candidate we are looking for has a Bachelor or Master degree (Preferably in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering), 6 to 10 years experience in sales within a technical oriented B-to-B Market.

Next to that you have experience with managing or buying (international) technological projects.

You have a commercial, driven personality and you possess the right mixture of result and service orientation. You are able to independently build and maintain an international network. You have an affinity for technique and you are open to acquire specific knowledge in that area.

In connection to the international character, we ask excellent knowledge of the English language in word and writing and possess affinity to handling different cultures. You are also willing to travel abroad with great regularity. Knowledge of the German language is a pré for this position.
