Are you a successful and experienced manager who loves to lead by example?
Do you have a strong background from within the Social Media sales industry i.e daily deals from Living Social? (Discount vouchers by print, online or mobile.)
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the creation of a recruitment training programme for quality sales people and support staff. You will design and carry out inductions for new staff as well as provide ongoing management and training for both telesales and field sales.
Having established each regional team, and a regional team leader, you will then closely manage the successful growth of each centre, achieving all financial targets for deals both online and offline as well as key KPI's for the business. This includes maintaining a high level of customer service and after care in line with Invitation's core principles.
You will also help lead business innovation, product development and the delivery of the overall objectives of the business.

Role Summary / Responsibilities
- Joint creation of detailed business plan and roll-out programme with CEO and Business Dev Director
- Recruitment induction of staff
- Management of telesales, field sales and account management
- Product development and business innovation
- Responsible for development of fundraiser partner programmes
- Monitoring and reporting of results on daily / weekly basis
- HR issues arising
- Liaison with line manager and exec team
- Liaison with admin customer acquisition team
- Potentially handling key accounts and sales role with personal targets tbc
- Up selling company products
Requirements
- Proven successful sales track record at senior level
- Experience of recruitment and training
- Proven record of managing sales teams
- Demonstrable entrepreneurial flair and record of business initiative
- Good communication skills with an ability to motivate and inspire others
- Determination and an ability to overcome any obstacles presented in a start-up business
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and exert a positive influence on your team
- Show a clear understanding of the digital and mobile marketing sector and competitive landscape
