Sales Manager Job in Dubai

Movius Interactive Corporation is seeking a Sales Manager in the MENA Sales Organization. The Sales Manager will be the primary business interface for many of the Movius Accounts in the MENA Region. This role requires an experience, strategic, focused approach including an in-depth needs analysis, customized presentations, demonstrations, and delivery of written proposals to support carrier’s needs all over the region. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, a collaborator and synthesizer. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

·         Perform pre/post sale activities, as needed: quoting, following bids, forecasting.

·         Responsible for evaluating and managing new initiatives and business opportunities.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate with the following minimum qualifications will be considered:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration and/or 10 years of experience in the field. Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing is a plus.

·         Project Sales Experience is a plus.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English and Arabic. French would be an asset.

·         Experience in doing similar job in the Middle East Region is a must.

·         Extensive Contacts and good business relationship with Middle Eastern Operators key personnel is a must.

·         Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages.

·         Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process.

·         Ability to understand the customer’s business objectives and technical needs in order to translate them into the implementation requirements. 

·         Proven track record of quota achievement.

·         Direct and channel sales experience.

·         Understanding of carrier technologies.

·         Working knowledge of VAS, VoIP and IMS solutions.

·         Excellent customer relationship skills.

·         Demonstrated ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization.

·         High level of interpersonal skills, ability to build trust effectively with senior level executives.

·         Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

·         Ability to identify and prioritize important tasks independently. 

·         This position requires up to 50% travel within your specified geographic region.
