The Client
Is a global market leading manufacturer and distributor of energy efficiency management, monitoring and technological solutions. Which offer to improve energy and carbon efficiency by offering solutions such as voltage power optimisation technology, energy monitoring equipment and software, Surveys and Solutions consultancy. The sell into various sectors such as government, education, healthcare, retail, accommodation, manufacturing, commercial, retail and facilities management companies.
The Role
You will be expected to manage a sales team of up to 5 sales team members, Creating and implementing sales strategy to infiltrate new territories aswell you will be expected to manage all key accounts and set the sales team targets. The successful candidate will be expected to present sales targets, forecasts and present to the Managing Director and Sales Director monthly reports on their teams Business and results.
Requirements
• The successful candidate must have 10 years of proven sales experience.
• Background in energy management, monitoring and solutions
• Ideally in technical or solution based sales environment
• Highly ambitious and motivated professional
• Excellent Presentation skills to blue chip companies, SMEs and Public sector organisations
• Experience in managing a sales team
• Conduct regular market analysis
• Understanding of UK and EU energy and climate change legislation and its impact on market development, operations, products and services
