Our client is one of the leading corporations in the segment of refrigeration equipment. In order to support their on-going development in Russia we are looking on their behalf for a Sales Manager.
The Role
- Develop and implement strategic sales plan to set direction and goals within the area. Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve sales, increase market share and maximize profitability.
- Manage and develop the efforts and performance of assigned personnel.
- Prepare and explain to customer offers.
- Develop and improve dealer organization within the area.
- Participate on definition and achieve annual sales objective, prepare sales manufacturing forecast with regularity requested.
- Manage the channel systems within the country, solving specific problems of pricing, customer service, product development, dealer/customer relations and identifying special customer needs utilizing assigned personnel, dealers and corporate personnel.
- Develop personal relationships with end user customer to support unit sales effort with assigned major and competitive accounts.
- Participate in definition of the network of external Service collaborators at national / international level.
- Visit and survey clients and external Service collaborators to insure the quality of service provided is meeting customer expectations.
- Provide technical advice to dealers, contractors, clients related to cabinets or equipments supplied.
- Proactively collaborate with other Dept. / Entities such as SPA, RD, Credit Collection, etc to improve product or to solve disputes.
The Candidate
- Working knowledge of commercial industrial refrigeration. Refrigeration certification is convenient.
- Availability to travel.
- Knowledge of applicable licenses and certifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, understanding of financial reports, leadership, problem solving, detail oriented, highly motivated and strong interpersonal skills. Capable of working in a team environment as well as autonomous.
- Excellent English level required. French or Spanish are also valuable.
