Descrizione: The candidate will have to:

- Assure the development and the growth of the business in the Italian country. This role requires a flexible, dynamic approach and the ability to work with the current distributor (the ability to work with the distributor to help him to better understand their customers and partner with them is key) and the small independent boutiques;

- Open and develop the new retail chains channel;

- The role will have to target relevant decision makers within the existing (but partly inactive) client base, identifying their real needs, exploiting them and controlling the full sales cycle for each existing and/or potential client to maximise revenue for the company.

Profilo ricercato: - 6/8 years of previous experience within a similar position in the same business sector (underwear) or FMCG with people management experience.
