Salary circa 25k dependent on experience + commission structure (OTE 34k) + benefits

The role
We have an opportunity for an Sales Manager with strong customer service and interpersonal skills to join the Anchor team at our new flagship home; West Hall in Surrey, which is due to open in 2012.
The sales manager will be the primary point of contact for all prospective customers, their friends and relatives throughout the sales process.
The successful individual will be responsible for all on site enquiries at the new development, turning queries into completed sales, supporting the business to meet KPI's and targets.
Key responsibilities:-

- You will offer quality customer service and possess strong people and interpersonal skills and be both self-motivated and target driven
- Ability to communicate clearly, responding to questions and requirements and dealing with customers, colleagues and contractors
- Support the off-site sales team in marketing the location to increase sales pipeline including telesales, booking appointments and events as necessary
- Perform competitor research in the local area as required and maintain accurate databases of sales leads and produce reports as required
- You will understand confidentiality and data protection within a care setting
Skills and Experience:-
- Significant experience of customer sales facing activity, with experience of on-site sales and/or social sector would be an advantage
- Experience of working to targets and associated results
- Strong people and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good quality customer service
- Ability to negotiate and influence others
- Ability to communicate clearly, responding to questions and requirements and dealing with customers, colleagues and contractors
- Computer and technology literate
