This strategic sales management position is responsible for driving team to achieve all key performance objectives. Responsible for financial, budget, and sales reporting. Maintains knowledge of company and market promotional elements. Develop, assign and monitor sales goals and provide ongoing training to keep employees informed of new products, services and procedures. Attend customer meetings with team and train on effective selling strategies by demonstrating sales techniques. Develop strategies for acquiring new business, perform territory analysis and planning.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 2-5 years of sales management experience required preferably with emphasis on business accounts.
- Proven superior professional selling, prospecting, funnel management and account management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively present, interact with and negotiate with all organizational levels.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
- Superior technical and analytical skills.
- Effective use of PC including Microsoft Office required.
- Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record and proof of insurance.
- Effective negotiation and closing skills required.
