Duties:
- Manage daily sales office activity
- Assisting sales reps to meet their quota through coaching and training
- Occasional hiring and training of new reps
- Sales and payroll tracking
- Meeting sales goals set for your office
- Other duties as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior management and/or sales experience is preferred
- Good computer skills
- Must be able to pass a thorough background check
