Sales Manager – Private Banks – Top Global Asset Manager – Based in Hong Kong recruitment
The company are one of the largest investment managers in Asia and have enjoyed phenomenal growth in the region over the last decade. As a result of their continued expansion they are looking to add a Sales Manager to focus on distributing their range of funds to private banks in Hong Kong and Greater China, as well as other intermediaries in the region.
The main responsibilities will include:
• Identifying and targeting potential new investors across North Asia, with a focus on private banks
• Actively targeting new clients through events, meetings and roadshows
• Building and developing existing client relationships to ensure continued investments
• Promotion of full range of products including traditional and alternative funds
• Regular travel throughout Asia
The ideal candidate for this position will likely demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
• At least five to seven years of sales experience, preferably at an asset manager
• A pre-existing network of private banks and intermediaries across North Asia
• A proven track record of meeting with clients to develop new business
