For our further growth in the field of Speciality Surfactants, we are searching for a successful and independent person to help in his/her position as
to successfully shape the future of our business and actively support us with our plans for international growth.
Your tasks
- International sale of chemical materials
- Intensive technical advice and support of established and new customers in close cooperation with research and development
- Maintaining and extending long-term customer relations and acquiring new customers, developing new areas of application and introducing new products and technical solutions with the emphasis on technical surfactant applications
- Ensuring sustainable profitable growth in our key markets through active cooperation in the strategic orientation, development and implementation of the respective measures and projects
- Observing the market and the competition as well as analyses into market potential and producing resilient business plans on short and mid-term business development in your area of responsibility
- You account for earnings performance and all necessary measures in order to achieve the ambitious goals within your area of responsibility
Profile
- Technical/commercial training or studies (HF, FH, university or equivalent) and ideally two years experience in a chemical-technical environment or equivalent background
- You will ideally have at least 2-3 years sales and/or product management experience and have already proven your ability with your wealth of commercial talent to independently build up and maintain customer relations and positively achieve your objectives.
- You know how to identify and win over decision-makers and consider communication and flexibility as one of your strong points.
- You are a team player and have already worked successfully in an international crossculture environment.
- You speak business German and English, French/Spanish would be an advantage and are competent with modern IT tools
- Strong commitment, very willing to travel (ca. 50%), flexibility, enthusiasm and self organization complete your profile.
