Sales Manager – Transaction Banking recruitment
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for originating new to bank Transaction Banking solutions by customizing solutions to meet the needs of corporate customers. Be accountable for sales acquisition in line with plan, through directing the sales efforts and measuring new customer acquisitions and the overall size of the pipeline throughout the year.
- Respond to specific RFP's of customers with customized solutions and presentations.
- Be responsible for the overall revenue growth of the portfolio as per annual budget growth as agreed while tracking customer volumes, revenues, share of wallet etc.
- Develop and implement long term sales plans and strategies.
- Build relationships with targeted companies decision makers and key industry participants.
- Maintain a productive working relationship with relevant departments to ensure sufficient sales, system and operational support for the Transaction Banking business development and also agree on and meet proper control measures, clear guidelines and business performance indicators.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers, Product Management and Client Management to deliver excellent solutions to clients and successfully handover.
- Ensure that client implementation is efficient and adequately protects the Bank and improve / reinforce the implementation procedures when necessary.
- Pass feedback on competitor capability/market practices and customer needs on an ongoing basis to Product Managers.
- Respond to and satisfy customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Achieving of Sales Target.
- Increase in CASA Balances.
- Fee and NII income.
- Number of client sign-up for TB products channels.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCES:
- Degree holder with 8-10 years of Transactional Banking experience in Business Development or Client Management in established banks active in the Transaction Banking business.
- Excellent in Sales, Negotiation and Presentation Skills
- Self starter and excellent in Sales Management with proven track record of new business acquisition and meeting sales targets.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, self-starter and strong team player.
- Commitment to delivering superior customer service to existing and potential clients..
- Fluency in spoken and written English. Proficiency in Arabic will be a strong plus.
