Sales Manager up to Director level recruitment

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage structured approach to sales management through the annual cycle (e.g., kickoff, monthly/quarterly updates, year-end review, etc.)
- Drive sales activities in Asia Pacific, to grow revenues and increase Private Wealth Manager (PWM) productivity
- Data-mine client portfolios and PWM books, to identify opportunities to increase product penetration
- Work closely with market directors, sales managers and product specialists to translate opportunities into product sales and revenue increase
- Identify top selling products/ideas in each market and share information across markets; Share sales-related best practices across markets
- Design, run and monitor sales incentive programs (e.g., Net New Money campaign)
- Develop client acquisition programs
- Drive development of action plans for top clients, in collaboration with market directors and sales managers in the various markets
- Supervise and coach sales managers in the various markets, in collaboration with market directors
- Organize and run monthly/quarterly sales meetings
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience mainly in private banking
- Ideally Ex- regional sales manager or market director; background as product specialist also welcome
- Ability to datamine client portfolios / advisor books (detailed work would be performed by junior resource in team) - The successful candidate can be based out of Hong Kong or Singapore
