Sales Manager – Vice President of Sales recruitment
You and your team will be calling to set appointments with business owners with our outside sales executives who will discuss hiring BCMS to sell their company. All our leads are warm leads generated by our direct mail and seminar program. The ideal candidate will be able to set the pace and performance levels for the rest of the team. Strong consultative, business savvy phone skills are a must.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
• Personally participate in the direct follow up with prospective clients
o Schedule initial meetings with prospective clients and communicate the BCMS process to selling businesses.
- Manage day to day activities of the business development staff
o Monitor KPI’s of team members to insure daily / weekly / monthly targets are met
o Ensure all prospect communication is recorded on the database (Salesforce CRM)
- Report to management on the performance of the department on weekly / monthly basis
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Team Management – At least 3-5 years
• Consultative Sales – At least 3-5 years
• Financial Knowledge – Verifiable knowledge of small business financial reporting other financial information.
