Sales Manager – Virtual Data Room recruitment

The Opportunity:

The candidate must possess sales management experience and previous experience of selling software and document management solutions in Financial Services industries would be ideal. This is a strategic and mentoring role that does not carry its own target but the successful candidate will probably have a Player/Coach mentality.

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Manage, drive and motivate an existing team

-Manage the team’s pipeline of opportunities through Salesforce.com

-Ensure consistent management reporting through the lifecycle of live engagements

-Provide client feedback to the product/project management team to establish platform roadmap for future enhancements

-Leverage internal and external resources to maintain strong client relationships

-Manage and identify marketing, strategic and sales events and the creation/review of appropriate collateral

Qualifications:

-Education: Requires a minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

-Experience: 2+ years sales management experience

-Exposure to selling to investment banks, financial services institutions and law firms is desired

-Previous experience of selling technology based solutions a plus

-Be able to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment with a high degree of multi-tasking

-Excellent communication skills

-Ability to enhance the team environment

-Have excellent communication/man management skills

-Be comfortable with group presentations/public speaking
