Sales Manager, VP recruitment
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the organization's Sales strategy and pipeline for its AIS business unit in Singapore. Primarily focused on PE/RE business segments across SE Asia, it will also be the back-up Hedge Fund Sales resource in SE-Asia. While primarily targeting PE/RE managers, the successful candidate will also target Asset Owners in the region who allocate across these segments.
The candidate will be responsible for :
- developing a sales plan for the region
- developing the pipeline across all PE/RE sub segments, with responsibility for actively selling to PE/RE managers and Institutional Investors i.e. Asset owners in the region
- actively communicating market knowledge to the wider AIS team
- assisting in the production of Sales collaterals
The successful candidate will need to:
- understand and articulate the full breadth of the PE/RE market for Asia (in particular, and to start with, understand the pe market for HK, China and Singapore, India, and later understand Australia and other SEA markets).
- have prior experience in AIS sales in Asia
- think strategically and have a strong sales focus
- possess excellent relationship management and communication skills
- have a strong sales focus and a demonstrated ability to interface with multiple level both internally and externally
