Sales Manager with Fluent Spanish Job in London, London Uk
A global leader in education is urgently seeking a proven Sales Team Manager with Fluent Spanish for their London office. The company's online marketing efforts have led to an unprecedented volume of enquiries, which are to be followed up and converted into sales over the telephone and via email. Working to and delivering against targets and deadlines, you will take total responsibility for the leadership of a team of over 10 Sales Consultants. You will have a proven and demonstrable track record of successful leadership (recruitment, coaching, training, mentoring, managing performance against KPIs) within a high call volume sales or customer service environment, be able to cope with the pace and pressure of such an environment as well as having a passion for learning and travel. With excellent communication skills in fluent written and spoken English and Spanish (Portuguese a big plus), you will have a knowledge of the Latin American markets and be well-organised and target-driven. A knowledge of online marketing is also a plus due to the strong internal relationship between sales and marketing.
