Ajilon Professional Staffing specializing in the placement of corporate management and office support talent is currently seeking a Customer Service/Sales Assistant for a temp to hire position in the DFW area. 

 

 

JOB DUTIES:

 

Customer Service Duties:

 

1.    Follow up on all interested sales leads and send out requested catalogs, samples, and company information

 

2.    Enter quotes into order management system and email them to clients

 

3.    Follow up on quotes, samples and other necessary information

 

4.    Enter orders for both sales and vendors into order management system and keep track of them as they are processed.

 

 

 

Admin Duties:

 

1.    Update all emails / quotes and samples sent to Salesforce.com with follow up reminders for me

 

2.    Organize all pricing files and prepare duplicate kits for national?s sales distributors

 

3.    Update and ?scrub? all sales lead data and upload into both salesforce.com and email marketing software

 

4.    Keep owner organized, work in tandem with him to make sure customers are provided with not only information but pricing, samples and followed up with.

 

Compensation for this opportunity is $11-$11.50/hour ? PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND IF DO NOT QUALIFY AT THIS PAY RATE.  This is a new business, about 2 years old and the owner needs someone to help 'grow' thei business. If you are a team-player with good initiative, and are seeking an opportunity to grow with a solid, stable organization, this could be the job for you!
