POSITION NUMBER: 25209BR FULL-TIME/PART-TIME: Admin - Clerical Customer Service Marketing Sales RELOCATION COVERED: No Summary Function: Accounting / Finance Pay Type: Non-Exempt Position Number: 10342993 Sales Mktg Clerk III Employee Type: Full Time Relocation: No SUMMARY: This position is responsible for working with Food Service customers. The job will include auditing and processing check requests and deductions as well as researching and resolving outstanding issues by working with field sales, broker network, customers and customer service representatives in their market. Must be able to process a high volume of deductions and issue payments to Tyson customers with accuracy and work with deadlines. Any other duties or special projects may be required as needed. Difficulty of Duties: Work is extremely varied and requires the interpretation of technical and detailed guidelines, policies and procedures. Broad guidelines must be interpreted to develop and implement programs or procedures to achieve work results. Responsible for analyzing and solving complex problems. Requirements Education: Requires knowledge of high school subject matter such as mathematics, grammar, office equipment and business practices. Knowledge is normally acquired by four years of high school, a vocational school or equivalent. Experience: 3+ years of office experience. 1 year of Tyson office systems preferred, AP/AR Background. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Phone Skills Professionalism. Computer Skills: 10 Key, Typing, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Tyson Computer Skills: Knowledge of SEM, SAP, and SIM helpful.Position-Specific RequirementsTHIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL CLERICAL POSITION. RELOCATION ASSISTANCE IS NOT OFFERED.
