The world's largest vacation Ownership developer is looking for a Sales Marketing Recruiter who can find the best professionals on the planet! We need a Sales Marketing Recruiter with a high sense of urgency to schedule interviews, help strategically source, identify, prescreen applicants, interact with applicants and hiring managers, ensure compliance with background checks drug tests screen and refer quality sales and marketing applicants who will support the above vision and mission of Wyndham Vacation Ownership. You will accomplish this by following service standards that are part of our culture of "Count on Me" while filling open positions in a timely and cost-effective manner at all sites within a designated region and by meeting or exceeding the hiring and retention goals. You will ensure Wyndham Vacation Ownership is the "Employer of Choice" in all our markets.
This individual will be responsible for applicant communications to ensure that our candidates have the information they need to make an educated career decision. You will be accountable for the day-to-day operations of a successful, cost effective, state of the art recruiting function that will work closely with Director of Recruiting, Senior Leadership and Human Resources to create solutions related to creative staffing and turnover with a high sense of urgency.
Demonstrated success in recruiting function is desired and staffing experience in vacation ownership or sales environment is preferred. Ability to work with all organizational levels under tight deadlines, juggling multiple assignments and priorities. Flexibility with a positive high energy attitude combined with the willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and participate in the hands on work is required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Director of Recruiting in effectively managing/implementing the site's sales marketing hiring process to ensure the sites attract top sales and marketing talent in a timely and cost effective manner
- Assist Director of Recruiting in developing a yearly recruiting action plan and adjust monthly as needed
- Build the site's brand recruitment advertising and sourcing by setting standards, and developing a site sourcing library of creative visual collaterals
- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure site sales hiring processes are being followed and that appropriate candidate profiles are being identified
- Assist in preparing site-staffing reports (weekly/monthly) program metrics for analysis.
- Plan and manage site specific targeted sourcing events
- Help manage site recruiting media campaigns, including methods, content and distribution within budget criteria as needed
- Actively participate in site recruiting networking projects for contributing and collecting best practices for distribution to all sites
- Source passive and non passive candidates and qualify experience level for all applicants applying through our Applicant Tracking System or other postings for resort jobs and proceed accordingly.
- Conduct pre-screens with candidates that have the proper experience and background and set up qualified candidates with department heads at resort.
