Sales Negotiator – St. Albans
The successful candidate will join a very experienced manager, two sales associates, a sales progression manager with full qualifications and experience in the conveyancing and our secretary/administrator.
Whilst rewards are largely based upon personal effort, the atmosphere is very much team based, where everyone pulls together for the good of the company and the individual.
The person
Well presented with a good general education. The successful candidate will probably have one to two years experience in agency with a fundamental knowledge of the basic principles but above all, a real desire to interact with clients and applicants on the telephone. The ability to spot and construct a deal through personal determination and self motivation will ensure a good long term career path with the company.
The position
Predominantly sales based in the first instance; getting to know clients and applicants and placing property as a result of a thorough working knowledge of individual requirements.
Viewings, are in the main, accompanied. Again, our new associate will use this time to promote, not only the property but the strengths of the Company as a front line agency, to potential clients
Rewards package
Basic salary £15,000 pa
Realistic earnings from commission £12,500 pa
Realistic earnings from 2nd party referrals £1,000
On target earnings £28,500 pa
30p per mile business allowance
Paid for car parking
