A great opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly expanding progressive organisation based at their Head Office in Redditch.

This is a busy position in a busy sales office, so the successful candidate must have strong administrative skills and a confident telephone manner.

The candidate will be IT literate with knowledge of Word and Excel. Candidates with experience of Navision will have an advantage, although this isn't essential as full training will be given.

Duties will include:

* Dealing with all telephone calls.
* Distribution of post to all relevant departments.
* Compiling quotations and letters.
* Sales order processing.
* Liaising with other internal departments..
* Dealing with sales calls (training will be given).
* Provide sales quotations.
* Maintain filing system.
* Keeping database upto date.
