Sales Office Manager - West Yorkshire
Our client is a leading manufacturer of internal and external door sets, with a strong presence throughout the UK.
They are currently looking to recruit a Sales Office Manager based within the sales office in West Yorkshire.
The role will involve managing a team of 7 internal sales staff, and contributing to the team achievement of over budget performance in both sales and margin. Other duties will include setting targets, driving the business forward and motivating the sales team. You will also be involved in visiting customers on a regular basis.
The ideal candidate will have internal sales management experience within the construction industry, preferably within the joinery or related product sector. You will have the ability to pioneer new business and structure prospecting and deliver new business, whilst having strong interpersonal organizational and negotiation skills. An inquisitive, self starter who takes pride in over achieving, with sales management potential.
