THE JOB:- To act as an effective deputy for the General Manager.To develop maintain effective internal sales procedures to ensure improvements in sales order processing, conversion rates, margin improvements and overall customer satisfaction.
Managing a small dedicated internal team serving a diverse customer base including Architects, Specifiers, Main Sub Contractors, Merchants Distributors.
THE PERSON:- WIll be experienced in running an internal sales team within the building products sector and ideally with experience of flat roofing. You will be a natural leader capable of motivating leading a team whilst maintaining a creative mindset with plenty of initiative.
