Job Description:
Manages and supervises management employees who serve as the primary point of contact for contracted/assigned single family and multifamily portfolios within the region. Responsible for revenue maximization at the subscribed property and portfolio level, by (1) working directly with single family unit/multi-dwelling unit management to ensure implementation and support of the contracted program(s) at each assigned property, and; (2) increasing subscriber growth by launching appropriate marketing program(s) at contracted communities, training property staff as appropriate, and building and maintaining strategic relationships, and; (3) managing property/portfolio specific issues including but not limited to contract administration and owner compensation. Incumbent will coordinate with communities. Project Management group to ensure care and attention to network deployment and service availability. Marketing on program implementation and support, and with Local/Regional Marketing to provide an additional onsite presence as appropriate

Manage day-to-day activities for Account Management team, including:
- Provide strategic direction of Account Management team and implement supporting tactics
- Establish objectives and develop metrics for tracking and measuring results
- Coordinate efforts and ensure activities are congruent with peer workgroups
- Coordinate the development of tools required to effectively manage/monitor the business
- Assign case loads and measure productivity
- Forecast resource requirements and plan accordingly
- Ensure reports are regularly updated as required
- Communicate pending changes to Sales, Marketing, and Leadership Team
- Review implementation activities for possible impact on pending and/or future Sales
- Handle and/or escalate customer problem resolution
- Manage non-standard incentive process
- Focus on SFU Market
- Able to implement new processes, combining manual and automated systems

- Minimum 3 year prior sales experience
- Minimum 3 year prior experience in customer service-related areas
- Extensive knowledge of data/voice/video package offerings
- Manager/supervisory experience with excellent management skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management
- Ability to develop and strengthen strategic customer relationships
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately with several projects in various stages
- Excellent process management skills

- Excellent oral and written communication
