Sales Operations Analyst

Our Client
A Funds Management house with the benefits of aligned distribution.  They have a range of products across Equities, Fixed Income and Property.  
   
The Role
The purpose of this role is to process internal and external sources of information (i.e. Fund Flows) to ensure that the Business Heads have an accurate understanding and knowledge of their own sales and also market trends.  In this role you will work across Retail and Insto sales teams and will have oversight and responsibility for the management of the CRM - Salesforce.  As the champion of the CRM you will be required to manage and improve the systems, processes and functions that enable management to unlock business critical information regarding the distribution of their funds.  The provision of accurate, timely and effective data is critical in this role.  Analysing external sources of market data you will assist management by identifying and articulating industry trends as well as providing monthly reports to management.  The management of senior stakeholder relationships will be crucial in this role.
