Sales Operations Analyst (1441)

Position Summary

Perform all assigned functions in Sales Operations pertaining to Sales Reporting and Analysis, Sales Forecasting, Financial Reporting, Systems Functionality, and Sales Administrative Functions, as well as ad hoc analysis as required.  This position supports Sales Operations Corporate and serves as primary analysis function supporting the Director and Manager Sales Operations, field VP’s of Sales and Sales Team

Accountabilities

Required Skills:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field with minimum of 2+ years work experience, preferably in consumer packaged goods industry.
  • The position requires a fundamental understanding of generally business and sales principles and an understanding of all internal operating systems and process requirements. 
  • Fundamental understanding of generally accepted sales principles.
  • Ability to analyze and assimilate relevant data for key business recommendations.
  • Solid interpersonal, organizational and management skills.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with the sales team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Prefer proficiency in Business Intelligents and an understanding of SAP R/3
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong oral, written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and excellent customer service skills
