Job Duties Responsibilities
· BU budget oversight and reconciliation of any anomalies.
· Establish and report KPIs for the overall business.
· Manage Sales forecasting, Demand planning (production build schedule and inventory levels), and Order fulfillment strategy process for the business with support from finance, manufacturing, and sales.
· Assist GM to assemble information for monthly operations presentation to Corporate office, and pricing strategy and implementation.
· Monitor sales team revenue and margin performance, and actual expenses.
· Monitor agent listing and formal/informal agreements.
· Review individual deal margin analysis.
· Track sales commissions payable.
· Maintain product configurator.
· Ensure use of SF.com.
· Analyze product costs and trends.
· Demo equipment management and performance tracking.
· Back-up Sales Coordinator as needed.
· Handle other tasks as requested by the General Manager.
Required Qualifications Background
· A minimum of four years in a marketing, finance, sales, or sales support role, preferably in the electronics industry.
· Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or marketing highly preferred.
· The ability to influence and collaborate at all levels throughout multiple organizations.
· Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
· Highly organized, flexible, creative, and detail-oriented.
· Working knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus.
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
