Our client, a specialist in 'Part L' Building Regulations (a calculation of a building's energy performance) and energy assessments, is now seeking a dedicated Sales / Operations Manager to join their team of fully qualified advisors making planning and building approval straight-forward.

As a Sales / Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of field and office based employees, as well as sub-contractors.
Directing your team to deliver world class service, you will work closely with the sales team to schedule engineers to jobs in order to achieve efficient and profitable testing services.
Your duties will include:
- Creating and implementing plans to grow the profitability of the testing services
- Negotiating and securing group deals for testing services with national customers
- Maximising capacity, equipment and efficiency within your business area
In addition to a driving licence, to be considered for this opportunity, you must have experience of the following
- The building industry
- Management
- Technical sales
- Budget setting and KPIs
- Revenue responsibility and working to targets
As a Sales / Operations Manager, you must be commercially aware with strong leadership skills. An excellent communicator, you must have creative problem-solving abilities, a logical approach and a good level of IT literacy.
Experience of the Air Leakage Testing industry would be beneficial to your application, as would experience of managing remote workers. A BINDT accreditation would also be an advantage, as would a CSCS card.
