£35,000 - £45,000 + OTE + Benefits

My client is one of the UK’s leading IT companies providing professional local IT services covering IT infrastructure, business software, proactive support, telecom, broadband, virtulisation, cloud computing, cabling and wireless systems. Operating from 15 offices nationwide and due to a restructure they now seek to hire an experienced Sales Operations Manager

In addition to supporting the Group Services Director in the delivery of high quality sales operations services you will:
Design and produce reports, data mining, analysis and insight
Audit and Compliance ensuring all key data requirements are delivered and processes understood
Introduce standardisation and drive quality and consistency in all customer-facing documents such as sales quotations and customer correspondences
Build and maintain performance-ranking metrics
Ensure CRM Compliance and act as a point of reference for sales specific system requirements
Custodian of all the “How To” data and manuals
Responsible for maintaining sales documents in particular incentive plans, role requirements and best practice
Responsible for agreeing and implementing processes between sales and other functions
Responsible for designing and maintaining all sales specific processes
Support the identification of skills gaps and develop a program to raise the bar on sales professionalism and knowledge
Support and run all sales development events with ownership of the sales specific element

To be successful in this opportunity you must:
Have experience in a Sales Operations Management role
Experience of designing, building and implementing operational processes
Experience of designing and operating sales incentive schemes
Ability to demonstrate analytical insight
Strong financial knowledge and understanding
