SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER, Medical Devices / Diagnostic Imaging Service Job

We are currently seeking an experienced SALES OPS MANAGER to join our dynamic, fast-paced Diagnostic Imaging Service Sales Team in Golden, Colorado.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Service Sales Operations Manager coordinates all sales activities and processes in conjunction with the field-based service sales staff and leadership.

ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with the VP of Sales to define, maintain, and adhere to sales processes, discounting procedures, customer presentations, and overall sales strategy.
• Support the outside sales staff by ensuring their success in engaging prospects and moving prospects through the defined sales process, including contacts with customers and prospects to support sales efforts.
• Coordinate the successful completion of RFP responses and customer proposals by navigating through the broader organization with confidence and utilizing all company resources as required.
• Work with Finance to define and implement sales quoting and sales order entry procedures.
• Become a user expert on the CRM tool and provide user training to users of the tool.
• Ensure that data in the Company’s CRM tool is accurate and updated on a regular basis.
• Prepare, analyze, and provide perspective on weekly revenue tracking reports from the CRM system.
• Take ownership and maintain part number guides, list price guides, discounting policies, and other sales control tools. Ensure that sales reps are aware of and utilize these tools.
• Coordinate customer visits and national sales team meetings.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
Experience
• 5+ years experience in sales operations or similar role within high tech organization
• Diagnostic imaging or healthcare services knowledge required
Competencies
• Strong internal and external customer relations skills, phone presence, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to successfully prioritize and multi-task within fast-paced environment
• Strong computer and software application skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to learn, master, train and support other users on a new CRM tool
• Clear and professional English language written and verbal skills
• General knowledge of ISO 9000 and FDA Quality System Regulation guidelines
• Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision
• Ability to react quickly and adapt to changes in priorities, circumstances and direction
