SALES ORDER PROCESSING/LOGISTICS ASSOCIATE Job in New York 10001, New York Us

Toy manufacturer located in Chelsea, has an immediate opening in our Sales Processing Department.

Qualified applicant must be a very well organized person who will help run our daily shipping/receiving and operational functions.  

Main accountabilities and supporting activities include:

·         Receive, confirm and process orders for all of our EDI and non-EDI accounts

·         Work closely with our warehouse to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner and customer shipping windows are met.

·         Manage accounts routing guide and stay up to date on new requirements regarding shipping rules.   This will require consistent follow up.

·         Review key control reports including open orders, unconfirmed delivery, unallocated orders and others to ensure timely follow up on problems with orders/shipments.

·         Communicate with Sales Team daily regarding customer shipping and or order issues.

·         Research customer charge backs validity and dispute if required.

·         Sales support in conjunction with the teams efforts.

3 + years customer service and or processing/logistics experience required.
