Sales Order Processor / Administrator Job in Chessington, Southern UK

This fast moving, rapidly expanding Reprographic and CAD solutions organisation, who also happens to be an HP Gold Preferred partner are looking for a Sales Order Processor to join an already highly successful eam, working within the sales office.

 

Sales administration and order processing experience is preferred though not essential. This job would suit a candidate that has had 1 years experience as a minimum within an office environment, and preferably within a sales department, though this is not essential.

 

Processing orders and dealing with all sales administration, which can range from small orders and invoices through to large orders up to the value of £160k.

 

Must have excellent and accurate keyboard skills along with great customer service skills. You must also be highly organised and able to work to deadlines to ensure that all orders are processed in a timely manner.

 

This organisation has grown significantly over the last two decades and has become a major player in the UK's large format inkjet market, particularly in the graphics and signage sectors. They are are now the largest reseller of HP Designjet Latex printers in the UK, with over 80% of UK sales and installs, and have installed more HP Designjet Z6200 printers in Europe than any other reseller.

 

As well as hardware and software they supply a vast array of print and finishing consumables from a whole host of manufacturers, providing customers with the total one stop solution, hence this is an extremely fast moving department as orders are being placed all day.
