Sales Portfolio allocation & SalesForce.com administrator Job in Evere 1140, Brussels Belgium

 

Mission :
The B2B Customer Portfolio Specialist will manage, analyse and make reporting of the global B2B client (hunting farming) database through correct allocation of the client to the sales channel through performance measurement of the B2B prospects/customers, in order to optimize the return on investment within the different sales channels.  He will ensure the follow-up of the portfolio lifecycle (input from sales channels, remuneration team...). He will manage the sales application Salesforce.com and provide support to the users.


Key responsibility areas :
• Defines a B2B client allocation policy in alignment with channel strategy, customer base marketing, customer service and B2B sales channels.
• Analyses the clients potential allocate business prospects/customers for hunting, farming and customer care, based on the allocation policy.
• Ensures coherence of allocation in all systems (sales force automation, billing, customer care,...) taking into account the churn, the leads the arpu evolution ensures data quality.
• Manage the Salesforce.com application (create new users, new workflows...) contribute to the continuous improvements of the application
• Provide your support (helpdesk, reports dashboard creation), trainings to the users and keep up-to-date the Salesforce.com tutorial
• In order to ensure a good user adoption rate of the Salesforce application, the Salesforce administrator will have to establish with the Sales teams a relationship based on mutual trust (be patient, be ready to listen, understand them, be available, willing to help them)


Profile :
• Masters degree (applied economics or similar)
• Two years of experience in a commercial environment, preferably B2B
• Commercial: knowledge of B2B market, channels and best practices
• Technical: expert in sales force automation system, general knowledge of other linked Mobistar systems (order capture, billing, customer care,...)
• Technical knowledge of reporting tools
