The Sales Process Consultant will support the growth of membership by providing customer-focused, strategically oriented RFP responses for more complex RFPs. Strategic Proposal Consultants are responsible for supporting Public Sector field sales force in retaining and growing membership by developing strategic customer-focused proposal responses. This includes the overall management, timing, and quality of the RFP response, building and leveraging key supporting relationships, and ensuring compliance with RFP requirements. This position is located on the Public Sector Sales Support team of the Public Labor Segment. This is a team of high caliber individuals who are all committed to meeting the needs of our Public Sector Constituents. The general functions of this position include: Sales Compensation Analysis, Sales Compensation Development, Sales Process Analysis, Sales Process Design/Development, Sales Workforce Analysis/Appraisal, Sales Workforce Automation, Sales Workforce Development/Training and Strategic Planning.
