QUALIFICATIONS:
Sales or Customer Service experience, good computer skills . Able to work independently and with a team. Outgoing, self motivated, assertive personality, articulate, well groomed and organized. Ability to problem solve and resolve customer concerns with empathy and patience. Requires a Colorado Multi-lines and Life Health Insurance License ( or the ability to pass the licensing exam) Insurance experience a plus but not mandatory. Will provide a specialized training program. Requires a background check.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The job entails sales of insurance products, lead generation, outbound calling, quote and policy processing, clerical duties, meeting with clients, customer service and retention work.
