International Services Company is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting individual to develop new business in our Arizona territory.  We are seeking someone who lives in the Metro Phoenix area.  The sales territory is the State of Arizona.

 

The qualified candidate should be a highly motivated individual with the drive and ambition to succeed in selling services in high-rejection situations.  We are seeking an energetic and seasoned sales professional with 3 - 5 years of experience selling to senior level decision makers (high ticket intangible sales preferred) in an extremely competitive industry.

 

Responsibilities include:

·         Perform cold-calling to develop sales leads

·         Qualify sales leads

·         Generate sales letters

·         Establish sales database and create a sales pipeline of prospects

·         Develop sales proposals and make presentations to clients

·         Perform follow-up calls to prospects

·         Negotiate and close the deal

·         This is an outside sales position

 

Qualifications:

·         Proven track record as a top sales performer

·         Must have strong drive and be self-motivated with a high-degree of initiative

·         Ability to sell a service with a long sales cycle

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Experience and ability to work in an extremely fast paced work environment

·         Stable work history

·         Must possess a four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

·         Experience in B2B sales
