This company is a leading specialist property consultancy with a particular focus on distressed asset investment and niche funding opportunities. Working predominantly with City based professionals and investors they provide fully packaged, heavily discounted and high yield property investments.

Full-time Sales Progression Manager and Business Manager. (Please note this is not a 9am to 5pm position).

Skills:
They are looking for someone to join their expanding team. The individual appointed will form a key part of their team, and be involved in all aspects of sales progression, from researching and putting together Property Due Diligence packs to ensuring purchases complete within set timeframes. They are looking for a driven, enthusiastic, articulate and well-presented individual who wants to be part of a small entrepreneurial property investment consultancy.

As communication with clients, suppliers and partners will be a key element of the position, good literacy skills will be required alongside good people skills. In addition, the appointed individual will help introduce and implement methods to measure the sales progression of all property purchases to make sure they complete in a quick and timely fashion.

You will meet with clients on a regular basis so must have excellent interpersonal skills and be presented immaculately in terms of grooming and dress.

Duties
- Managing suppliers and partners involved in the full purchase process
- Completing Property Due Diligence packs
- Measuring key KPI on the entire purchase process to achieve the overall time frames
- Managing the entire purchase process from reservation to renting including liaising with management agents so they an update clients. Client management is a crucial aspect to this part of the role.
- Managing company accounts and liaising with their accountants.
- Helping the Managing partners manage cash-flow effectively and managing and paying invoices.
- Responsibility for planning and successful execution of client events such as seminars and corporate days. This will also include planning regular team building and social events for their own team.
