Sales Recruiter
This Sales Recruiter is responsible for conducting daily recruiting activities on a national basis for experienced Business-to-Business and/or National Accounts Sales candidates. The Recruiter will work closely with Hiring Managers to develop and execute a sourcing strategy aimed at generating qualified candidate flow and will maintain a strong pipeline of future candidates that fit the requirements. Although this is a Contract position, we are looking for someone who would be open to taking this opportunity full-time. Duties and Responsibilities: 1.Build and maintain strong relationships with Managers and Directors by establishing effective communication plans. 2.Work closely with Human Resources staff and hiring managers to clarify job specifications and requirements. 3.Cultivate potential candidates for specific requirements through various sourcing activities. 4.Create and maintain pipeline of candidates for future openings. 5.Post job openings on Company sponsored job boards, internal Career site, and other recommended sites. 6.Review candidate resumes and applications to ensure candidates meet minimum requirements of job opening. 7.Conduct candidate phone interviews and submit candidate information to hiring managers. 8.Effectively market and sell opportunities to job candidates. 9.Schedule and obtain hiring manager feedback on candidate interviews. 10.Maintain updated candidate status/disposition in Applicant Tracking System to ensure compliance with Company policies as well as federal and local employment laws. 11.Assist in offer letter and background check process. 12.Confirm candidate start. 13.Follow-up and maintain contact with candidates hired into organization. Requirements: .Three to five years of demonstrated successful full-cycle sales recruiting experience .Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo preferred) .Exceptional customer service skills Professional work ethic .Exceptional organizational skills .Excellent verbal and written communication skills .Willingness to carry out all levels of tasks .Demonstrated accountability and proven results oriented individual
