Sales – Recruitment Consultant

In this role you will be rewarded with a competitive Base Salary which will depend on the level of your experience and an aggressive, uncapped commission structure. At bta, we offer a commission plan that allows you to earn 50% of what you bill and this kicks in even before you hit budget! We have a huge database of only sales candidates and the Bullhorn operating system which will save you hours and help you place candidates much faster than most CRMs.
Depending on your area of market knowledge you will be placed in an existing team and mentored by experienced consultants. We have a comprehensive training program and being a small business we can provide daily hands on support and assistance.
