What will you be doing?

As one of our dedicated Sales Relationship Executives you will focus on growing business from our Melbourne office by developing effective client relationships.

Working within a caring and supportive team, you'll be putting your sales expertise to use as you combine telephone and email marketing in order to generate new leads, develop strong client relationships and secure fresh business opportunities by managing client's recruitment needs.

Are we right for you?

New first year consultants have earned up to $180,000 in their first year as we have an uncapped commission system. Experienced, 'hunter type' B2B sales executives with several years' experience, OR people with recruitment experience, should expect to earn a minimum of $120,000+. If you're not at this level of experience yet, then as long as you have the right attitude, personal attributes and enough experience in sales, we will help you get there!

Working hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, leaving you plenty of time for your other commitments. At EO, we encourage a sensible balance between work and play.
