JOB TITLE: Sales Representative

JOB SUMMARY:
A Malnove Sales Representative is responsible for selling and prospecting within their assigned geographical territory. They must identify and qualify potential accounts, populate a complete needs analysis and manage these prospects through a selling cycle. They are to use Malnove’s capabilities and core tenets to provide value added solutions to the market and to differentiate Malnove from our competition. They are responsible for managing the on-boarding process, and driving continuous improvement to entangle our relationships with our accounts.
They are responsible for meeting the volume and margin hurdles as outlined the VP of Sales and must insure that inventories and receivables are managed to minimize working capital requirements while meeting service expectations. They are expected to travel within their assigned market to meet with customers to identify customer needs and manage expenses within budgeted limits.
They must also coordinate the overall service of their accounts by negotiating the terms of sale, documenting and communicating customer specifications, and forecasting customer demand. They must coordinate business development, manufacturing customer service, and management resources to bring differentiated value to their assigned territory.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Utilize personal knowledge and marketing tools to identify and qualify prospects.
• Understand and position Malnove’s tenets and core value propositions in the market.
• Populate Needs Analysis
• Manage new prospects through selling cycle to close.
• Manage Account on-boarding process service of current accounts to insure customer satisfaction.
• Provide reporting as requested by management.
• Provide direction to support services (Customer Service, Manufacturing Graphic Design Quality, Scheduling, Structural Design, Estimating, Cad, and Machinery) to prioritize efforts to insure that customer’s needs are met.
• Utilize information systems to communicate key information within Malnove as well as monitor insure inventories and receivables are in line with customer agreements and organizational directives
 

Education: 4 year college degree in marketing; business management -
