Sales Reporting AVP
Main Duties
Protect the integrity of the Sales Reporting by understanding business centric practices and processes, and remediate any issues on a timely fashion. Ensure the timely reporting of relevant report deliverables, and always look to improve processes and drive efficiencies. Work closely with the rest of the Asia Sales Finance team, and leverage off existing best-practice to embed in the assigned business' support model. Be a subject matter expert on its products and teams, hence, be well positioned to offer value-add services.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure validity and data integrity of Sales Credits captured and reported in the front office system. Develop a Sales MIS report suite in accordance with front office specifications.
- Embed a strong engagement model with the relevant Sales Managers.
- Work autonomously in responding to ad hoc MIS requests, and delivering results in a timely fashion.
- Help resolve queries and material error trade bookings by salespeople.
- Be the primary contact for the assigned Asian sales team and its managers.
Qualifications /Education:
• University degree or equivalent, qualified Accountant (preferred)
• Undertaking post grad qualifications or Masters.
Experience required:
• Securities and capital markets desirable.
• Investment Banking or Product Control experience desirable.
Skills and knowledge:
• Strong on control awareness.
• A confident and articulate self-starter with the ability to cope with the demands of working to tight deadlines.
• Keen analytical skills and the ability to challenge current processes and develop effective alternate solutions.
• A team player with a high level of commitment and enthusiasm.

• Strong interpersonally and have the ability to communicate at all levels.
