Role Summary/Purpose

Responsible for the management and development of specific nominated distributor relationships, identifying and pursuing their own accounts, funnel management, territory management, and meeting defined market share and quota targets. The objective is to achieve targeted sales and profit objectives from a defined business territory/key customer group, in accordance with the Country/Regional Business Plan. Typically 3-6 years experience.

Essential Responsibilities

• 在指定的区域内完成公司下达的销售指标;
• 根据区域内的产品和市场的特点实施相应的市场销售策略;
• 能提供产品技术支持,协助分销商达成销售指标;
• 在所在区域开发/建立并管理维护耗材分销经营渠道;
• 建立和维护和经销商及客户的长期关系,提高满意度;
• 开展和组织所负责区域的耗材的市场推广和销售活动。

Qualifications/Requirements

• 大学本科或以上学历,医学,工程背景优先;• 3年以上医用耗材/器械分销商管理经验或直接销售经验,有耗材经验优先;• 高度诚信和敬业精神,遵守公司相关规定;• 较强的市场开拓和沟通能力及分销商管理能力;• 能用英语阅读专业资料并写作,熟练操作电脑;• 卓越的对内对外沟通技能;• 团队工作的技能(包括寻找和利用各种资源达成目标的能力)• 良好的产品知识基础(主要是麻醉耗材)和演讲技能• 能够承受相应压力,并拥有自我学习的意愿和能力。
