Blitz Inc Bellevue, WA office serves as the company headquarters. Daily commute to Bellevue office is required.

Position Summary
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, qualifying, establishing and serving customers, and maintaining communications with customers to drive brand loyalty and customer retention. All entry level outside sales representatives go through rigorous training and coaching, so previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment is a plus, but not a requirement.
Experience, Education, and General Background Skills Required for Blitz Inc Employment
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
- Posses a valid driver’s license and meet all Insurance Carrier requirements.
- Desire to learn professional in-person sales and representation
- Ambitious and goal-oriented individuals only
- Superior communication and presentation ability
- Must be able to work in a team environment as well as an individual setting
Blitz Inc Position Duties
- Analyze and understand the sales process and apply new concepts quickly.
- Target and pursue selected business customers and prospects to result in customer commitment to non-contracted sales and ultimately into on-going customer relationships.
- Personally present details and sell features and benefits of services to the customer and ask for the order.
- Maintain customer tracking and retention log for record and follow up.
- Learn and execute business negotiations with a win-win outcome.
- Participate in morning meetings and provide feedback regarding the sales process and training procedures.
- At the time of sale completion, assist in ascertaining the customer’s level of satisfaction and opportunities for improvement or acknowledgement.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
